This policy explains Matgar's subscription plans, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
Matgar is offered as a single subscription plan in EGP with three billing periods:
Plans are billed in advance, in EGP, according to your chosen billing period. Your billing cycle starts on the day your subscription begins and renews at the start of each new period.
Your plan auto-renews each cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You authorize Matgar to charge the recurring fee on each renewal.
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of a new subscription payment if you have not launched a store or have only minimal usage.
After 7 days, or for partially-used billing periods, fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in EGP and may take several business days to appear.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle, so you keep the features you paid for until then.
Where required by law, applicable taxes are added to your subscription fee and shown at checkout.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your claim and respond with a resolution.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
If you have questions about billing or refunds, you can contact us.
