By creating an account, accessing, or using Matgar you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Matgar is a hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets you build and operate an online store. The service includes a visual theme editor, a product catalog, an order pipeline, and billing for your customers, with bilingual (Arabic and English) storefront and admin.
Matgar provides the software and hosting for your store. We are not a party to the transactions between you and your customers.
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of Matgar you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.
To use Matgar you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information about yourself.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person.
Your store content — including products, descriptions, and images — is yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
You agree not to use Matgar to host or sell anything illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful.
You may not resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Matgar platform itself, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Matgar is offered as subscription plans in EGP with flexible billing periods (Monthly, 6 Months, or Yearly). Plans are billed in advance and auto-renew unless you cancel before the next cycle.
Taxes may apply to your subscription where required by law.
Full details on plans, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are in the Subscription and Refund Policy.
You set the prices in your store. Matgar is not a party to the transactions between you and your customers, and we do not collect your customers' payments except the subscription fees you owe us.
Customer payments are processed by our payment provider (Paymob), which may apply its own fees. You are responsible for understanding and accepting your payment provider's terms.
Matgar owns the platform, including its software, design, and branding.
You retain ownership of your store content. By using Matgar you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your content as needed to run the service for you.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific sales results, or that your store will meet any particular business outcome. You are responsible for your business, your products, and your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matgar's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
In no event will Matgar be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold Matgar harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your store content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time from your settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for Matgar.
After termination, your store content may be retained for a limited period to allow recovery, and then deleted in the ordinary course.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be submitted to the courts of Cairo.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use Matgar after a change takes effect, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.
We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
