Billing & subscription

Manage your platform subscription here — view your current billing period, trial status, renewal dates, and upgrade options. An active subscription keeps your storefront online and unlocks editor and catalog features.

Plan overview

The page shows whether you are on trial, active, past due, or cancelled. Trial banners include remaining time when applicable. Choose a billing period that fits your needs — Monthly, 6 Months (save 10%), or Yearly (save 20%).

Changing plans

Selecting a new billing period starts checkout with your payment provider. After payment, you return to a confirmation route and the dashboard reflects the new entitlements. Downgrades may take effect at period end depending on policy.

Steps

  1. Review the billing period options and savings.
  2. Click subscribe on your preferred period.
  3. Complete payment in the hosted checkout.
  4. Return to the dashboard and verify status is Active.

If payment fails

Past-due states may limit publishing or new orders. Update payment method through the billing portal link if shown, or retry checkout from this page. Contact support with your shop ID if charges succeeded but status did not update.
